Because of the nature of our clients, we hire only the best candidates to conduct our shops. All shoppers go through a training program that allows them to understand the unique requirements of a Medical Mystery Shop. Careful attention to detail, the ability to use audio and video devices that are company provided and a basic understanding of computers is required.
Our shops pay higher than other Mystery Shopping Programs because we desire to develop long-term relationships with our shoppers. We understand that the value of the services that we render our Hospitals, Physicians offices and Clinics is enhanced by our having an experienced roster of Mystery Shopping Agents.
