• Our shoppers are not solicited or selected by third party companies. We select our own shoppers through a series of interviews, and then train them specifically to secret shop medical practices—not other industries such as the restaurant and retail industries.
• We know your practice is unique, so we custom design your medical mystery shopping program to fit the needs and goals of your practice. We use our standard 130 point evaluation survey then build in key patient touch points and scenarios specific to your practice for a thorough evaluation.
• Your practice receives the feedback from your medical mystery shopping program through our state-of-the-art web based reporting system; audio and video clips, along with the shopper evaluation surveys and comments are available for your viewing during and after the shopping project.
